T20 World Cup: Rain cancels India’s warm-up game vs New Zealand
Due to heavy rain at The Gabba, India’s second and final warm-up game against New Zealand was called off on Wednesday without a ball being played.
On Monday, India upset hosts Australia by six runs in their first warm-up match here. Facing Australia, India posted 186 for 7, thanks to half-centuries from KL Rahul (57) and Suryakumar Yadav (50), a mark they held despite captain Aaron Finch’s resurgence of form with a 54-ball 76.
