Everton End of Season award winners revealed
Jordan Pickford and Alex Iwobi were named Everton Men’s End of Season Award winners after outstanding individual seasons. Pickford won his second Player of the Season title in a row, while Iwobi shared the Players’ Player of the Season honour with his teammates.

Seamus Coleman’s match-winning goal against Leeds United was voted the Club’s Goal of the Season. Meanwhile, Nathalie Björn was awarded Everton Women’s Player of the Season by the coaching staff, while Jess Park was selected Women’s Young Player of the Season.
Pickford’s crucial performances throughout the season were once again recognised by supporters, with the England No.1 receiving 42.3 percent of the total vote to win his third Player of the Season accolade, having previously won the honour in 2017/18.
The custodian, who was named to the Premier League’s Save of the Season and Game Changer honours earlier this week for his outstanding effort in the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park in September, excelled once more for Club and nation in 2022/23.
Pickford made 124 Premier League saves in total (third-highest) and captained the Toffees frequently in the absence of colleague Coleman. Iwobi maintained his strong form from the previous season, topping the Players’ Player poll after playing a key role in many positions and delivering a Club-high eight assists. In other news, McNeil earned Everton’s Young Player of the Season with 72.5 percent of the fan vote after an excellent debut season in royal blue.
McNeil was signed from Burnley last summer and quickly established himself as a crucial role under Sean Dyche, who gave the winger his Premier League debut during their time together at Turf Moore. McNeil’s 10 goal involvements (seven goals, three assists) were the most of any Everton player. Evertonians also chose on the Blues’ Goal of the Season accolade, with candidates from the Men’s, Women’s, and Under-21s teams selected.
Everton captain Coleman received 28.8 percent of the vote for his superb goal against Leeds United in February, beating teammate Michael Keane’s wonder strike against Tottenham Hotspur (26.8 percent) and Demarai Gray’s stunning equaliser at Manchester City (24.1 percent). Manager Brian Sorensen praised Sweden international Björn for a fantastic season as she received the Women’s Players’ Player of the Season award.
